Cancellation policy

CONFIRMATION

Please make sure your information is correct according to agreement. If this is correct, please confirm your booking by email or letter. Contact us as soon as possible for clarification of any mistakes.

CANCELLATION

The cancellation deadline is 7 days prior to arrival. For Christmas, New Year, Easter and winter holiday, the deadline is 14 days. Orders that are made in the cancellation period are therefore binding. Reservations cancelled later than deadline will be charged with 50% of the agreed price. By the cancellation later than deadline due to illness, the confirmation from the doctor must be presented. Namelists must be sent latest 14 days prior to arrival. 

Room / cabin is available from 16.00 the arrival day, until 12.00 the departure day.

NO-SHOW

No-show will be charged for 100% of the agreed price for the stay.

PAYMENT

All payment takes place directly on campsitesite unless otherwise is agreed in advance.

DOG

It is allowed to bring the dog, but then the room / cabin must be cleaned extra thoroughly.

LIABILITY FOR PARTICIPANTS

The person who orders services, is responsible for unpaid bills for other participants.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE

The person who orders services is responsible for the damage being inflicted on the campsite as a result of negligent or intentional conduct.

UNFORESEEN EVENTS

Events beyond our control, such as strikes, lock-out, fire, etc. gives us the right to terminate the agreement without liability.
